The silver Dragon Rectangle coin has been issued by the well-known Australian mint Perth Mint since 2018. 'Rectangle' or 'Rectangular' refers to the rectangular shape of this exceptional coin, which can also be referred to as the Dragon ingot. Despite the shape of the ingot, it is a coin relative to its face value (1AUD). The motif depicts the popular oriental depiction of the dragon from the Chinese lunar calendar, with the motif changing each year. The mintage limit is 300,000 coins.
